Bupleurum fruticosum (Shrubby Hare’s Ear) A very rarely offered evergreen shrub which surprisingly survived -21°C in the winter of 2010! Shiny sea green leaves and clouds of golden yellow dill- like flowers over the top. Sun, and not too wet a soil. Easy, good for cutting and insects. Good in a seaside garden.
